I am going to try to enter this one. Not much time, but I guess that makes it a challenge.
That, my friend, is why you always render individual jpeg frames and then put them together in another program.

Well this is part of a WIP project of mine, but it seemed to fit the challenge so nicely that I couldn’t resist submitting it. Unfortunately it wasn’t made with the challenge in mind, but I started it on the 24th, and did the animation in about three days, so it was made well within the time constraints. Anyways, if it’s judged not acceptable, I won’t cry. I’m just finding a place to shamelessly show it off.

It’s quicktime, just a tad under a meg, and lasts eight seconds.
Mornstar, that animation is hilarious. I watched more than once and each time I laughed.

EDIT: Oops, forgot to mention that the leaf and bark textures and the background (such as you can see it) are from Mayang’s free texture library .
Alas - other constraints have prevented me from completing mine. I’ll have to try again in a couple on months if I can.
