A 3 to 4 minute animation is needed to
explain a new product.
The product is a new type of self-defense device that identifies kidnappers and rapist to the
police by DNA. It also marks them and their car for wireless identification. For more information see

Location: San Francisco Bay Area. Need face-to-face meetings.
Payment Method:
Hourly with a weekly limit with weekly progress review.
Total project budget $10,000.
Terms:
At the end each week I will receive all of the files used so far. This will include and documentation on the techniques needed to recreate or modify the present version of the animation. I will have rights to use this material for any purpose without restrictions. I will not be burdened with any usage payments of any kind.
