Animation geometry delay

In my approach you need version 4.1 with bake node.You bake initial cube, and then bake deformed cube with rotated faces. Then instance both of them and morph between two baked states. You can morph by direction or object controlled, Mix node allow this. Not perfect setup, but it works. I used few of higgsas’s nodegroups. I think it can be done much easier way
ps. i realized after record screen, that you don’t need second bake. you can bake only one state
