Animation Problem

I was doing the animation tutorial on this site and im just dont know what happen. Im on the step where they say use amature.

I’m not sure exactly what the problem might be,
but you might want to check out some of the
rigging tutorials listed on this page:

P.S. Usually you build the whole skeleton,
set the weight groups, then do ctrl-P
“Use Amature”.
