I am preparing an animation to display on youtube and I have a few questions about the settings, I get the basics as far as resolutions samples and such the one concern I have is the settings recommended by youtube has an aspect ratio of 16x9…which stretches the image like a bad movie…the aspect ratio I now am using is 1x1.
The animations I have watched here are fine so I guess the question is…
What is a baseline setting for good output video on the web?
I don’t change much, usually i just drag the slider of resolution to 100% to have HD video, that’s all
Thanks for the info erickBlender.
After posting I ran some tests and I found your right.
The 1x1 ratio works fine on youTube.
