Animation Test

I am somewhat new to Blender, and very new to this forum.
I enjoy make brickfilms (Films using Legos) using stop-motion animation. Brickfilms.com

Anyway, I’ve been interested in using Blender to make CG animation instead of stop-motion. The advantage is unlimited Lego pieces, a problem which is very real in stop-motion.

So, here is a walk test. It’s the first animation I’ve done in Blender. If you didn’t notice, it’s a Lego minifigure.

Pardon how short it is.

looks just liek stop motion, which is wat ur going for right? so i think it looks great

Thanks. I did that at 15 frames per second, which I might change to 30 in future animations.

One more thing: About modeling - I used pre-modeled parts from software called Ldraw. I had to smooth them all down, though.

24 frames per second should be fine.
