Here is my settings for Instagram reel/story.
- My “Max Samples” are ok or too much?
- the “Noise Threshold” is ok? Necessary?
In fact I use a render farm to do the final render, and I don’t want to pay more time/power than necessary 
From my poor experience using Instagram, the image have a width limit, but the video do not. I do not think frame rate is a limit also, not if you are a gamer at least, this all looks good to me.
