hey not bad! the only thing is that the backward movements (of the arms and legs) seem to be faster than the forward motions…

i get some refinement for elbow and uploaded a filehosting downloaded version
and offset the keyframes for legs and arms it is more smoother moving than was

yes i would like texturing it, if i enough familiar width character animation, maybe i will change the character cloth and face for more funny and than texturing it. Thanks again
