Tenjou Utena? Either way, it’s got anime stamped all over it. Looks great.
[edit]I just took a closer look. “looks great” just doesn’t cover it. The hair alone must have taken an incredible amount of work. The corneas look a little odd with that step, but make me think of Utena even more. The rest is just “yeah, that’s a spunky anime chick”. I like the detail around the lips. Did you use subsurface seams for that?
