Hey!
I need to know how to model anime/Final Fantasy/Queen of Hearts type of hair - not realistic individual strands, but rather the chunky style. Here’s the hair I need to model (robin, not starfire):
I already have Robin’s head modeled, all I need is hair. Any suggestions appreciated!

Select your head mesh
go into edit mode
select the vertices where you awnt hair
duplicate them, DON"T MOVE THEM
extrude these vertices out and shape as you like
add a NEW material and assign it to these vertices and make that material a single user, this assumes you already made a material for the rest of the head vertices.
