Anit - egyptian warrior

The character idea was inspired by the game Pharaonic. I was really drawn to its visual style and wanted to create a similar character just for study.

I actually started the whole production process very differently from how this kind of character would normally be made. I began with sculpting and used vertex painting because, at the time, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with the character—whether I would eventually post it somewhere or just keep it for myself.

After thinking it over, I decided to take it through the full pipeline. I wanted to see it in motion and get the feeling that she was alive. However, I’m not very experienced with weight painting and animation yet, so in the end I could only present the turntable and renders.
