Another bone heat weighting fail

Hello! I want to rig this character that I found online and I cant find a solution to this Bone heat weighting error. I have tried lot of possible solutions that I found online but nothing seems to work. I appreciate if any of you could check at my blend and see what the problem is.


Your character mesh is overcomplicated to be rigged with automatic weights. Mesh consist from lot of small parts which are not connected to each other. And tbh automatic weights won’t give good result of weightpainting for this character. Your only solution is to manually weightpaint. Split mesh, delete one side (left or right) add mirror modifier and then paint weights for each bone untill you satisfied with result.
