From what I can gather, its Inventor without the assembly capability (3D parts & 2D only.) This limits things for wholistic designing, but can be really useful in many ways for modeling individual components of a scene - or to translate data if nothing else (since it supports DWG/DXF, I believe.) There are tons of 3D parts available online at places such as mcmaster.com, www.3dcontentcentral.com or ps.cadregister.com which will import into this app and can then be output to a blender-readable format such as STL or DXF.
I think this may be a limited time “preview” or beta program, so download it while you can!
