another question about armatures

alright, I have a problem. I cannot figure out how to get an animation from the armature in pose mode to the game engine. could someone describe how they get a character animated in pose mode with an armature into the game so that when you press a key, it plays the animation.

Action actuator. It only appears for the armature. Use it like an IPO actuator, only that you have so set which action should be played too.

ok, how do you figure out the name of the action? I went into the IPO editor, and went to pose, but it wont accept any of the names from the list of actipos. is there another place where it would show the name of the action?

You should be using the action editor instead of ipo with armatures. If you are using ipo’s, use the ipo actuator.
