another texture trouble!!!

ok the black is the model area, and the colour is the texture, the plane underneath is so you can see the black.

how do i get the texture to ‘stretch’ out to the side of the model.

the texture is a tga file with a mask as alpha, alpha is on in the texture and material.

can’t you use the alpha channel of the TGA texture so that only the maple leaf part is shown?

i did that.

maybe a bug in 2.25…

in the mat. preview it is clear behind the texture.

I had this same problem exactly a couple of months ago!!! The texture i used for my leaf wouldnt quite line up with the model, and i fiddled with it for ages just to get most of it looking decent, tho the top of the leaf’z bump map still didnt show up properly.
Did you figure out how to better align the texture? If you did could you share? :wink: I drew mine from a picture of the model, so i reckoned it would fit just right, then it didnt.
