Old stuff in my family’s house is a great source of inspiration for 3D practice. Here is an iron that my grandma used in the pre-electric appliance era. People had to put scorching hot coal inside things like this and hope to not set the house on fire while ironing their clothes! I modeled the high and low poly in blender and then baked and
textured it in Substance3D, then back in Blender for the final render.
