hello,
again follows Blender Guru tutorial but this time he has an older verison which makes everything compilcated to do
so, I used the Boolean tool with a cylinder to subtrcut from my anvil
but now i have weird vertecies and not four vertecies as they should be
He said to use Knife tool and then move with double tap g
but it doesnt work good for me
so any other suggstions?

If the other side of the object you’re showing is the same as this side, add vertical cuts that go from the five verts along the bottom of that one problem face around to the other same verts on the other side.
