Does anybody here has some hard and software experience with lidar scanners digitizing interior spaces meshing it so you could build a model in blender ?

Duh I should gave googled Blender and LiDAR.
Sometimes I cannot see the forest for the trees.
this requires outside soft to lower verts counts
LIDAR makes file in GB size like cloud points
so blender cannot handle that too much !
