Any idea how to make this material

Hi everyone
I have used blender for the past month and this is my first post. I needed some help with a particular material. It is shown in the picture below. It is the glad one which has even bumps on it

Looks like squares or little pyramids to me. Shouldn’t be hard to make a reflective metallic and create that bump.
