Any recommendations on what type of noise node would reproduce this?

I would like to produce something like this procedurally, I’m guessing some sort of noise node, any recommendations??

Does something like this work? You can play with the noise parameters to change the effect

I would probably start with a musgrave texture and lighten some areas with a noise texture.
