Any tips for topology of clothes?

Making a character for Videogames but not sure how to retopologize the clothes I’ve sculpted on the character. From what little I could find the topology of human muscles isn’t ideal.

The character wears a heavy jacket and jeans. Since it’s for a videogame I also need to keep the poly count reasonable.

Any advise or references on going about this?
