Appending Files And Packing problem...

I append a file to my main… after several runs its working properly but after parenting the object to another object it still works fine for a few minutes but after several reruns the texture does not show, i can still see the alpha transparency but the color is the (amibient/horizon) default gray?? I tried to create it again from scratch, this time i packed all external files… and again after a few runs texture is gone again…

Anyone has some idea to force my appended object to accept a new texture path or refresh its old one…
Note: I tried to disable Auto-packing and changed the path… on the texture tab and material tab it shows the new texture but onscreen its still black…

I tried recreating everything from scratch for about three times now but then again i’m stuck… Do you think it has something to do with the parenting? “BGE bug”? Or is it some other factor, I’m tired of recreating the whole scene just for a single texture that doesn’t load properly… :frowning:
