Appending from a scene with no Unit System set?

I’m trying to append some furniture from a scene that had no scene Unit System set.

My main scene is built to real world scale. The appended chairs come in at the size of a tall building.

When I shrink the chairs down to the proper size and “apply scale”, the textures get all messed up?

What should I do?

Should I not apply scale? Should I try to scale down the properties of the material nodes?

Look at the percentage of the scale you need to do to adjust your models and then adjust you texture mapping node scale to adjust them all, here:

If you scale down your mesh to 0.1, or 10 times smaller you need to set the scale of the textures to 10.
