I have two different blend files with two different videos that I am editing using the Video Sequence Editor. Well, now I want to have them in one file, but it appears that there is no way to grab the meta strips from the second file and stick them into the first using the File > Append function. I have tried every work around I can think of, but it all keeps coming back to the fact that I need the ACTUAL meta strips from the other file, not just a rendered version of them, or a link to an appended scene that contains them, etc. I need the original meta strips! Please tell me that there IS a way to import/append them!
