Hello Blender heads!
I’ve been using the iPad Pro + Pencil for art since it first released in 2015- and I was over the moon when Apple announced Sidecar a couple years later. It did a much better job at screen display and resolution than Duet and Astropad did, but the issue was that it never (and still, some years later) dealt with Pencil Pressure very well.
Anyway with the advent of vibe coding, I’ve managed to fix this issue myself. ‘I’ made an app allows you to adjust the pressure sensitivity and curve of your Apple Pencil in Sidecar mode. It also includes a simulated hover and right click for us < M1 users.
Obvs with Blender you could always set a custom pressure response, but this will affect everything globally.
