Apply Child Of Constraint?

Is there anyone to have an object constrained by “child of” then sort of “apply” it’s LocRotScale keeping a perfect copy of it in whatever position it happens to be at, discarding the constraint?

All of the tutorials I’ve seen online deal with dealing with the Child Of Contraint are simply a cube or sphere, neglecting having to deal with rotation. Personally right now I’m dealing with a ferris wheel animation and I need to keep a very specific rotation for it.
