Applying rest position to armature cut constraints in runtime(skinned ragdolls)

I discover that cause i applied to my all bones of armature apply pose as rest pose to correct deformation of mesh when i,m creating constraints of bone location and rotation to rigid bodies objects. then i think when you group any armature to instanced group the armature skeleton change to rest position cut constraints look at video please.

if back to pose position with python in case armature skeleton to pose position then constraints will work in runtime but how make this with bge python? Its a instanced group bug in all versions of bge?
