Applying Shapekeys?

Is there a way to “apply” a shapekey to the mesh to make it permanent ?
I modeled something using Mirror Modifier and I use a shapekey, now I need to apply the Mirror but it won’t let me because the shapekeys, I want it permanent

Remove the Basis shapekey, then remove the remaining shapeky.
Then apply the mirror modifier

YES ! YES ! YES ! it worked !
