The area around the upper lip looks somewhat odd. Maybe a little less space between the mounth and the nose. It also looks like she’s sticking out her jaw - the bottom teeth seem to be in front of the top teeth.

i think the neck is a little long and thats making my view all stressed =) its looking great though… the hairs fantastic, modeled mesh hairs right? i think thats the best way to acheive realistic hair with blender…
the face is looking pretty good, maybe shrink the area between the top lip and the nose? that might make it look even better =)

the mouth appears too flat and the comment about the teeth, I also agree with. The hair doesnt look too bad.
I would also say that the nose is slightly strange and the ear too.
It is a great start though.
(heck, I dont know how I can criticise, I havnt even made a proper head yet!)
