Here is on of views from my latest visualisation.
Rendered in Kerkythea. All objects but sky are 3D. Everything is modelled in blender but car which is free model.
Very nice. The gras looks a bit strange… May I ask where u got the carmodel?
well executed, good rooftilles, grass and car (front lights) might need some work, nice curtains.
but my biggest problems really is the architectural value of those buildings. Living in them would kinda depress me but I can picture them in like America or the UK where you pick your house out of a book and they deliver it like of it was the morning newspaper, but then again that doesn’t cheer me up.
architecture is art or it is not architecture…
cheers
I can’t actually think of a condo or townhouse or whatever that i’ve delivered to that has much art or character. It’d be a huge help if 98% of them just weren’t painted pretty much the exact same generic apartment color that he’s got there.
I don’t really care for the clonesylvania look either, but you get that in housing subdivisions too, not just apartmentish installations. Though honestly, the place posted would be a step or two up from the lil’ place I’ve got (over in “It’s not really a bad neighborhood, but…” land).
BUT, it’s a pretty damn good visualization of something I don’t really like; the fact that I’m ranting about that thing is probably good in this case, because there’s nothing wrong with the image :D.
wow…its nice…
good work man…give us a link to the car model

Very nice!
Oh, just noticed that Kerkythea is also for Linux! Must test…
You know, I’m not architect and this is not my project. I only did visualisation based on customer data and 2D drawings.
nice rendering! and the light is quite natural, but I must agree bout the less value of architecture and environment. good job anyway. and me should try to learn Kerkythea.
Hay that is cool.
thats very very nice, i loved specially the grass, how did you do this? i dont think you’ve used particles? do you?..
