Architecture tutorial?

hey could someone point me to a tutorial on CG Architecture Im not to good with geometric shapes.


Well, I don’t know of any good tutorials on the top of my head, but the mechanical type of modeling you’re talking about is a strong point of mine. It’s the damn organic modeling and human figures that I can’t seem to get right.

Anyway, the key to this type of modeling is identifying the basic shapes that make up an object. In engineering, these are called primitives. Begin by creating these primitives in the right shape and size, then go back and add the finer details. It’s exactly the same way you would draft a model by hand.
