I just bought a Dell UltraSharp U2212HM, which uses In-Plane Switching or IPS technology to produce consistent color across the entire screen. In this respect it is excellent because colors do not shift if you move your head around.
However, the anti-glare coating produces a grainy appearance. Has anyone else noticed this on IPS panels?
