I use the Photographer Addon …
Doesn’t allow the different Environments…( Easy to switch between them ) but all other settings of the Camera…

It does allow different World per camera Check out the Override World in the Camera subpanel.
If you mean environments as Collections changing based on the camera, I would recommend using Scenes for that workflow.
Viewlayer per camera is on my todo list however.
