Ares is bio-engineered Tiger during World War 3.
War rages on planets to planets as we destroyed everything on our path. Nothing remained after the war. Aliens are powerful and even more than anything we have faced before. But we are not weak. We are humans and we do not fall so that easily. But as the war continued, casualties were… inevitable. So many young good soldiers… dead. The planet moaned day after a day for the dead, and for those who have lost. So we created a machine. fully autonomous robot. The war went on for another decades. First, we were winning against Aliens, but they fought back hard. Soon, we realized the limits of what machine can do. We dropped the entire project, and wrapped it up. Ceased production. But started on new project. Create non-human organism powerful and also intelligent. Project Snow Tiger has begun. And ARES was the first of their kind.
Well, it’s future.
Have you heard of meta-material? Well they are sort of advanced material that do so much thing. They are also called smart material.
This helmet, or rather his entire suit is made out of meta- material. Lighter than metal, much more force and heat resistant, and lastly, when it’s given proper flow of electricity, it will let you see from the inside but not outside.
Or Another explanation you might like is that he has multi- 360 degree panorama integrated camera system around the helmet so he can see everything just like the way he does without helmet.
Very good work on this short animation, zingzong! The lighting, textures, materials, and character look great! The animation has a nice feeling too, I like the motion of the helmet as it comes over the head and locks into place. Wonderfully executed, I hope to see more of it!
To answer your questions, well, it took me a week to finish the model and did nothing with it for a month and I came back and didn’t realized I still had this file and started to give it a animation, but during the process, I began to think about more of my character, and actually giving his background story. I almost started to write a story.
Animation is kinda like a trailer to that story.
If this grows bigger. I might think about working with other people who are interested in my project and evventually come up with a short film.
I saw that video when his down the cliff - very impresssive. I d appreciate it if you told me about you render presets. You d help me with my cartoon at it start
