Plz don’t judge my modeling.

So, something regarding the weights around the hand is going whack by the looks of it. Can you look at the weights for the hands, and see if the weight paint is consistent?
Also, I’m assuming you’re painting manually? If so, have you tried automatic weights? Also make sure none of the bones other than the hand bones have weights painted in the hand area.
Ok, in edit mode for some reason every vertex is the same weight for every bone (.750)
but in weight paint mode (as u can see) they all have different weights.
That’s not how you know what the weights are. The “Weight” slider is just the amount of weight it will use if you click the Assign button.
One way to see the weights of an individual vertex is to select it and look on the sidebar, on the item tab.
You could have weights from other bones that you aren’t thinking about. You can’t weight paint a single group; you have to think about all groups, because bone weights are relative to each other. So when you add to one group, you may need to subtract from another.
However, your mesh looks like it is relatively simple (no judgment, believe me), with most of the vertices coming from a subdivision modifier. There is only so much you can do with your weights in those cases, because you can’t define the weights for the subdivision generated vertices or, if you subdivide after the armature, you’re stuck with the general shape the subdivision modifier chooses.
WOW!
Thx for the tips!
I weight painted the parts that were being dragged and now its fixed!
