Armature bones visible in Edit Mode but not in Pose or Object mode


I have bones that’s visible in Edit mode. But when I switch to Pose or Object mode, the bones dissappear.

What am I doing wrong?


Most likely those bones have constraints on them which are moving them someplace not visible, or perhaps are even scaling them down. Alternatively, if this is a generated rig like Rigify, you might need to turn on Auto Run Python Scripts in the File tab of your User Preferences.

Fantastic! Thanks. I copied the bones from a bone with a ‘copy location’ constrained on it.

After reading your post I deleted all the bones in edit mode and re-created them again.
