Armature Deform - bad result

I want to add the clothes to the Armature (see image)

When I choose Object - Parent - Armature Deform - With Automatic Weights, I get bad result (see image)

What can I do?

Well, if I clear out the armature’s pose (select all, alt-g, alt-r), I discover that for some reason you modeled Jesus in a nice neutral arms-down pose, but you’ve modeled his robes in a Touchdown Celebration Jesus pose, leaving the sleeves nowhere near the armature.

Make up your mind and get all your pieces into the same starting pose before you rig.

Also apply the rotations and scales on all your objects before doing any parenting. Ctrl-A in object mode.
