Armory

I modelled an Airsoft M16-A4 and it looked pretty nifty, but I needed an environment to place it in. So I got this. I have no idea if it looks like an actual armory 'cause I’ve never seen one. Just imagination here.

Blender Internal + a bit of post-pro.

C&C please.

That is really nice, just it looks like the person’s point of view seems to be looking up at everything, as if the person is like 3 feet tall. other wise, it’s an amazing job, how long did it take you to make?

I have been in one, hell I’ve been in one every other day earlier and you have the feeling totally right.

Suggestions:

  • Add something more to the room. Explosives, bulletproof vests and so on
  • The entry should have a big FAT door, should look like a safe.
  • Ammo boxes have labels on them with the explosive warning symbol…

I’d love to see you modify this one. It has great potential and it’s already very good

Looks pretty good. It looks like you’re looking for C&C on the setting, and the thing that immediately jumped out at me is it looks like the light on camera is placed incorrectly. There’s a shadow on the wall next to the light of the actual cover, but there should just be a large amount of light reflecting from the surface there I think.

Someone else might have a better idea of what’s going on with that.

well done man its looks pretty cool

really nice.
i agree with chaser i think the view is a bit low.
i don’t know but there is somthing bothering me with the lightning maybe it is too brigh on the top right side and also i thing the red light it is a bit too pink (or maybe that is what you want).

LOoks great but it too low to the ground and the wall although it has so many guns looks really plain maybe you could sprucie it up abit.

Thanks for all the comments. The low angle is suppose to be the guy crouching. I might add some textures to the boxes and maybe a flak jacket or two. But for the most part I’m considering this finished.

The composition is good, but dark. Some of the areas are underexposed, imho. So if you could perhaps introduce another behind-the-camera light-source simply as a fill …

Also, since the light-bulb is the brightest part of the picture, it commands attention. You may or may not want it to be so. If you do, consider putting something interesting nearby.

Good work. I like it.

Looks good. The only thing is the gun is reversed. The left side of yours should look like this:

He did it the CS way wich is totally unrealistic. For one the reload lever is behind the iron site, CS just added a little knob attached to a cable
