Array Modifier sticking together

Hi guys. Im having trouble making this tree spinning evenly around. Im using empty plain axis > Object offset on the array modifier. And whenever I go over 2 counts, it gives this result sticking up together.
How can I resolve this?

Rotational replication depends on the rotation value of the Empty.
Count is just about how many copies to the rotation value of Empty.

Please check the settings.

You have set it for Object Offset…I can see FM but I assume that is you empty as there is nothing else visible on the screen… the empty is at the same location as your initial tree…you need to move the empty away from there to get an offset. Though it wont give you a Radial array…for that you need to follow the link from @oo_1942 .
