Array problem

Hi,
I followed a tutorial on making a double helix and i fall on a problem whith the array modifier,

As you can see when a click the “Object Offset” option to get a rotation between each helix , this option reffer to an empty exactly in the center of the original helix, i get a very ood result.
Any idea?
