Array vs instances improving workflow

Hi, I have a model of a wind turbine blade with an array modifier, after I instanced it twice to get the three arrays you can see next:

What is more efficient in terms of pc resources to have it as I described or applying the arrays and then link the object data?

The array modifer just produces the result (and properly internally using linking) so why apply and and link afterwards (expect maybe for export)…

Also: simply do a BIG array and watch the memory usage after applying and linking…
