Array wont set value

hi,my array modifier wont work and it says it wont set value how do i fix this
i tried to set object offset as the rim(beziercircle) and it wont set value

You wanna rotate arround an empty for which have to be rotated… and selected… But anyway i got other icons and it works (if empty is not selected just in a row)???:
