Artifact from OSA and image texture

So I was doing a bit of texturing for one of my models, and found out that turning on OSA makes a slight halo of color around the non-transparent part of the image that I’m using as a decal. I’ve been messing around with the various texture/lighting options, but it seems that the halo sticks around unless OSA is turned off, which isn’t the greatest thing in the world. Any ideas on how to fix this? (example render, blend, and texture attached)

When you load your image texture, click the Premul button that appears just below the Loaded image name in the Texture panel. This is to tell Blender to use the Pre-multiplied alpha in the image.
