Artifacts in cycles baking for the BGE, need help!

I am getting strange white edges and artifacts in the Blender Game Engine when using textures that I have baked from Cycles


I checked the bake margin, it is fine. I can upload the .blend if you want.

Sometimes I get strange white bits when baking, in my case I set the diffuse color of the material to black, modulated by textures. So where the bake was not able to map textures it would use black instead of white to fill in the gaps (you could use grey or another neutral color). But that was with Blender Internal render…
