Artifacts in Normal Maps.

Hello, Im trying to create normal maps for a simple low poly model I made.

I simply sudsurfed the model and baked the high poly into the low poly model, just for testing purposes.

The problem is that I get some strange artifacts and I dont know how to get rid of them.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Im using Blender 2.49

Hmmm…I’ve been thinking about this. In that image there are a few sections that are being displayed properly, the ones with artifacts are a few UV islands that I overlapped.

Could that be the problem?

Yes indeed, it was the overlapping. Sorry about the useless thread, any way I can delete it?
