It looks and feels stunning and ethereal, but I have to say the miniskirt and heels don’t make much sense for hiking through lush, overgrown apocalyptic city ruins.

The long scarf looks like a liability as well, but it adds too much to the composition to remove.

And you are right, the character clothes weren’t designed for this scenario, since it’s a final scenario of the game, and an area that she shouldn’t have gone to.

Definitely feels inspired.
I could hardly find anything to suggest. The only things: darker darks, motion blur (hair, cape, and possibly birds), and maybe shaders/colors on the character to help it stand out. But again that would change the look some (except maybe the motion blur on the character).
