It looks really good. Did you make the textures by yourself? If yes, then what software did you use for their creation?

Yes I did the textures.
95% ot the work is done in BLENDER.
It is done by baking a high poly mesh.
exemple with what i am working on right now:
At this stage, I avoid increasing the polycount too much, I want broad details.
Smaller details come from a procedural texture (blender again).
Wich is a greyscale that i use to generate normals and cavity with a py-fu script in gimp.
I can show you next time when I will be baking it…
The five other percent are assembling all the layer it in GIMP and adjusting.
Looks like you could throw these right into Diablo. Nice work.
