No, you’re just another of the attention grabbing new folks around here. This forum is to post A) progress to show of or B) if you have a question.
There’s no need to leave, just smarten up and try being nice to people. The community is still willing to help you (at least I am), but you really need to make the descision whether or not it’s worth it fro you to be A) Pissed and recieving no support, or B) resonable, and people will be fine with you. Doesn’t seem like a hard thing to figure out for me.
Mellow out some (well a lot), and I’m sure the Community is willing to give you a hand and a little respect. But for now, it is lost.

Dude, i’ve been watching how your thread got flame raped and how your game failed. It’s not so bad, everyone screws up and if you’re going to show your work to anyone at all, you’re going to have to face harsh criticism at times. Still, that’s no reason to give up.
If i were you, i would take the advice of others and take this as a learning experience. It does not matter how old your thread gets, if you post progress and not 6 pages or so of screenshots you will get useful comments and criticism rather than just flames.
I didnt really know you that well but judging from the screenshots in “assumptions” it seems you can definately improve. The biggest thing i think you did wrong is you tried to tackle a project that was beyond your means. You should have started with a simple game rather than trying to go all out. This is primarily why your project failed.
Also, Social isnt here to discourage anyone. He offers his criticism (though harsh it may be at times) in hopes that you will improve your skills. I think that people like Social are the reason we have an increasing amount of higher quality work as compared to before. Higher expectations means better results, am I wrong?
Now, personally it dosnt matter to me what you do, you can stay or go, it’s up to you. However, if i were in your shoes i would not give up and i would prove everyone wrong by reading some tutorials and getting my skills up to par.

Don’t give up that easily, at least try harder to be a good member of the community and show us a nice demo of your game.
Anyway maybe you need a break from this forum and then come back maybe in a week or month.
