Blender + Eevee
I started this as a testing of the new feature I added to my BaseMesh Temple add-on which I called it
SkelloMesh Basically it lets you convert the armature skeleton into a mesh which can be remeshed during the process.
You can see the initial armature sketch of the character below. Obviously I did quite a bit of sculpting and detailing work after the basic mesh. The scene is about 4 million polygons.
