This artwork has a really great vibe. The weathering on the surfaces and the lighting is fantastic. So many great details: The keypad; the glow on the the screens; the graffiti.

I’m trying to achieve this same kind of look in my models in Blender. Are there any tutorials you can recommend? How did you learn to create this style of image?

I believe this is more about texturing and the concept you choose; as I mentioned this is based on Renata Souza concept art https://www.artstation.com/artwork/xYLVwm, so basically I just created a 3d model from a concept , it’s not the same doing stylized stuff than realistic, so if you wanna achieve something similar I’d suggest you to focus on stylized modeling and stylized texturing.
